Even though printing is still very much a manufacturing industry (Apparently the fourth largest in the UK) at Rosehill Press, we consider ourselves more of a service industry.
In this day and age of computers and micro chips, most printing presses have automatic plate loading, automatic register, automatic inking and virtually automatic everything, so instead of a press being levers and pulleys, they are instead all flashing lights, LED displays and push button technology. Consequently, anyone with the right kit and the right personnel can put ink on paper so, because we can do that as well (if not better) than most of our competitors, we have built and maintained the company on also offering a simply better service.
This has culminated in our four point service guarantee to our clients

There would be no point in us providing the best possible service only to let our clients down on quality. Our state of the art equipment ensures that every job that leaves our factory is exactly to the client's specification down to the smallest detail. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have held our British Standard accreditation since 1995 and that we don't deal in "bull". We are a straight talking company that would sooner refuse a job than risk letting our clients down. Having said that we will break our necks to meet client deadlines and once we agree to deliver by a certain date, that is set in stone and we will not let you down.

Yes we are passionate about what we do. If we weren't, there would be no point getting out of bed in a morning. No matter who you deal with at Rosehill from our Managing Director down, you will always be greeted in a warm and friendly fashion and you will sense our passion and dedication to what we do.
We recognise that the majority of our clients are more interested in what their print can do for them, than in the process of procuring it so our philosophy is simple in that we make the process of procuring it as pleasant and rewarding as we can. We encourage clients, both old and new to come and visit us to see for themselves what we have to offer and to feel the "buzz" that is clearly evident in every department.
